- In case of no service lift we deliver free of cost till the second floor. A small delivery fee may apply for deliveries beyond the second floor.
- Special Delivery Requests: Deliveries on weekends or at specific times might come with additional charges.
- Storage Period: If you can’t receive your order, we’ll hold your product(s) at our nearest delivery hub for up to 10 days. If not collected, BhadePay reserves the right to modify or cancel the order.
