Moving to Pune? Here's how to make relocation easier!

Pune is a wonderful place to shift, it has a lot of potential and career opportunities, not only that but it is also known for its world class education and amazing weather. It is also known as the Deccan Queen for the rich history it holds. This city is a balanced mix of culture, history and modernisation. But, moving to a new city can be exhausting and also time consuming, that is why we have planned out a blog for you so that you don’t under-plan your relocation quest.

Choose Your Location

It is very important to choose your location wisely, as you don’t want to end up on the out-skirts or far away from your work and school. Carefully study the surroundings of your office or university and try to choose a house in a 3 km radius, so the commute is easy and hassle-free. Now, in most cases it wouldn’t be that easy but in such cases you can just look for an area from where public transport is easily accessible and cheap. Also, it is always a bonus to talk to people living in the area or in the area nearby.

Choose a Semi-furnished House

When moving it is best to choose a semi-furnished house, so you have basic facilities but at the same time you are not stuck with old furniture and appliances. You can choose and select the furniture that matches your aesthetic without paying a fortune on it, by simply renting it out from Bhadepay

Keep An Eye On Weather

As you might have heard, Pune has undeniably the best weather and climate. The air is always crisp and fresh, while the surrounding is near to perfect. But, while moving to Pune ensure that you don’t move there during the harsh monsoon month, as the transportation might get difficult and most of your relocation tasks might get stuck. Choose a time when moving isn’t so painful and is breezy and easy, like December and January.

Choose the Property Type

You don’t have to have an independent bunglow if you are moving alone. You can look into more affordable options like a sharing flat or PG. It also depends on your budget, but even if you have a high budget it is better to go for an accommodation which doesn’t make you feel all alone in the house. But, if you are moving with family you can easily get a 2 bhk flat or independent house to accommodate them. Also, do check which area the locality is in and if you’re renting the property make sure to compare it with the price of nearby localities first.

Don’t Move With Everything

Moving to a new place makes you miss the old one and in the attempt to recreate the previous house, a lot of us make a mistake of carrying almost everything. This can be expensive and excessively time consuming, so do yourself a favor and carry as little as you can, like you are going on a trip.
